Terms of Service
These terms govern use of the HR Management System (the “Service”) provided by AMDSoft (“we”, “us”). By signing in or using the Service you agree to them.
1. Who may use the Service
The Service is for staff and administrators of the schools and organisations that have been set up in it. Access is by invitation: you may sign in only if an administrator has approved your Google account. Signing in does not give you a right to any particular function; what you can see and do depends on the role you were given.
2. Your responsibilities
- Keep your Google account secure and do not share your access.
- Use the Service only for legitimate HR purposes of your school or organisation.
- Enter accurate information and only data you are authorised to handle.
- Do not try to access another school’s data, bypass security controls, or disrupt the Service.
- Handle other people’s personal information, including salary and attendance records, with care and in line with the law and your organisation’s rules.
3. Data ownership
The records entered into the Service belong to the school or organisation that entered them. We process them only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service available and secure, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, change or discontinue features, and may suspend access to protect the Service or its users.
5. Termination
An administrator may remove your access at any time. We may suspend or end access that breaks these terms.
6. No warranty and limits of liability
The Service is provided “as is”. Calculations and reports it produces (for example attendance, overtime and salary figures) should be checked by the responsible person before they are relied on. To the extent the law allows, AMDSoft is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
